Indian Recipe - Kadhai Paneer (Cottage Cheese)

INGREDIENTS : Fresh Paneer (cottage cheese cubes) 300gm.. Tomato (chopped) 50gm.. Onion (chopped) 30gm.. Ginger and Garlic paste 15gm.. Ginger (chopped) 10gm.. Green chilly (chopped) 2gm.. Coriander (powdered) 5gm.. Coriander (whole) 2gm.. Capsicum 5gm.. Red Green Chilly (optional) 2pcs.. Onion 50gm.. Tomato 50gm.. Olive or Refined Oil 4 tsp.. Cummin seeds 5gm.. Salt to taste.... METHOD: Heat oil in a frying pan, Add corriander, cummin seeds and red chilly. Add chopped onion and fry till it turns light brown, then add chopped tomato and saute it. Add all spicees and Ginger Garlic paste. When the gravy is thick, add paneer cubes, capsicum, onion and tomato, add salt to taste. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and julienned ginger.. Now Kadhai Paneer is ready to eat... With Bread or Rice.
