the tears came today.
i knew they were coming.
i've felt them for a while now.
i didn't want them to come.
i didn't want to feel them.
but they came.
sad thing is they didn't
come to my eyes.
they just stayed there
in my heart.
it still feels like
my heart is full of them.
maybe when my heart is full,
my eyes will get to have
the sadness i feel
washed away.

Its said that real tears are not those that fall from the eyes and cover the face but are those that fall from the heart and cover the soul. Every teardrop of yours is precious so better make sure that if you drop some, it’s something worth crying for as you can never pick them up and put them back. And if it's your heart that's crying, it means that you're feeling something worthy of love on a deeper level. Remember, you can close your eyes from the things you don’t want to see..you can roll back the tears that well up in your eyes.. but you can never close your heart from the things you don’t want to feel. Maybe now its a difficult situation to accept but be glad that you loved because happiness lies in those who cry, those who have been hurt, those who have searched and those who have tried. One day, you will be happy and look back on these days with greater strength. All the best!
