ITS ALWAYS IN "MAINTENANCE MODE" ,,,, ONCE IT SLOWED DOWN A FEW MONTHS AGO THEN NEVER GOT Back download speed SOMEONE SHOULD FILE A CASE AGAINST THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS

Same thing is happening with Idea. My 2G datacard was slowed down to 30 kbps, when called the customer servic they said to recharge with 3G plans. And yet it hardly reaches 400 kbps.

Actually in my case, i hold their throat when they cheat me. In the past i have got them to refund my money back after they provided below standard service. That includes airtel, tata, vodafone and reliance smiley

You guys need tmobile over their Im have no problem here in uk with Tmobile im get steady 6.5mb in the dongle sim and 3.5mb in phone sim
