I'm not sure about that model of phone.. But best what works on symbian phones, u can try it.. Switch off ur phone. Press the keys star (*) , 3 and green button and then while pressing all these 3 buttons together, restart ur phone.. Dont leave these buttons unless the phone has fully restarted ok.

12345 is the default code. Or try a hard reset. I belive you hold menu, green, the volume down and power up the phone.

If it isn't a new phone the mastercode app may generate the mastercode for you via imei but im suspect its pretty new so goto nokia care they will reset it if you haven't stolen it or try sparkos hard formatt method its not supposed to work but when I've formatt "SOME" ov mine for other reasons my personal set sec lockcode nolonger worked it had set back to what jacki said the default 12345

Well the security code may be 0000 4 zeros or 1111 untill u didn't changed Try for flashing. Its just they wil change operating system in ur phone.but all data saved wil be lost
