First download and install "java runtime enviroment" @ http://filehippo.com 2ND : download ur indian webproxy via this link http://mesh.dl.sourceforge.net/project/webproxytunnel/IndianWebProxy.zip If you used ur phone to download the iwp - proxy just open the file on ur memory or where u downloaded it to after connecting ur phone to ur pc using ur USB and just copy the file name indian web proxy.jar to ur desktop and that is it for now.

I will drop how to configure it using MTN, GLO, ETISALAT & AIRTEL. Prity simple but what makes it unique is how to get ur own free or paid servers. Coming...

For mtn settings : leave others as it is, only change the 1 i posted.
