Just call ur service provider nd provide vital info on ur ownership of the line, u will be given a PUK num. That is all

The default password for samsung is 8 zeroes 00000000 without any space. If you enter the password wrongly 3 times, the phone will ask for PUK code, to get puk code u need to contact service provider. Only owner of the sim card will be able to obtain the code from the service provider. There is no other way of getting the puk code since it is a random number generated by your network operator when the sim card made for you. if you enter the puk code wrong too many times you will have to get a new sim card as the sim card will kill itself when the code has been entered wrong 10 times.
