Actually i am feeling naughty ! I have made my desktop mouse always busy. Ctrl+alt+del gives processes list which is going up&down always. This is on admin+user account. But on other account -i.e. Restricted user account its ok;
Microsoft should develop a tool by which all installed programmes vanishes !!
Only 2 g.b. left on disk so cant repair. Anyway cant safeboot either because its in dual boot with win7[though boot.ini.saved and boot.ini.BAK can be edited to boot only in XP! -but it would do nothing as in safe mode also the admin account will show same thing i very much believe!]

actually its error of ctfmon.exe and winlogon.exe being closed at boot.
Both of the above processes are declared as trojan by all antiviruses and antimalwares with antiviruses detecting more system processes as virus/trojan and thus making the os unstable. This is why i tell antiviruses are themselves dangerous.
