How would i open again my applications??

How would i open again my applications if it does'nt opening anymore.? The files within my application are corrupted and now i can't open it anymore and my phone cann0t also downlod an applications . . . . What would i do? Any1 can help? ^-^

i had d same prob coz of my memory card... I took it out n put my other fone,s m,card in... Everything was corrupted, opera mini aswell, i had to delete all.

Use a proper english
