Emcees who intend to take part must ASSUME an IDENTITY of an outlaw, terroris or gang. political leaders are also allowed. The emcee will register with the assumed identity e.g. XXXX takes - bush,osama,hitler,idi amin,che,gadaffi,castro,alquaeeda,taliban e.t.c. Then i will divide the emcees into groups where they will rap battle each other and the top emcees will get a chance to battle for the top position, tittle n award.
