Mirrors and Screens

You know what happens when You place two mirrors in such a way that they face eachother... No, the devil won't make an appearance, but the reflections in both mirrors seem to just go on and on... But - for how many times are they there? Or, are they indeed infinite, apart from the fact that the reiterated image will eventually dissolve in single photons? If You look into one of the mirrors, where does You image wander? / You watch TV and see somebody on the screen watching TV. Yes, You've seen that. .. But, what if the person on Your screen watches someone watching TV where someone watches TV where someone watches... ... ... ? Where would the last TV screen be?

Very thought provoking indeed. You could go crazy trying to figure that one out. Mirrors are often used in magic as well as in film to create the illusion of hiding something or to help make something look much larger than it is. Isn't it strange to know what you see in the mirror isn't how your seen through the eyes of others...

Yes, Elora, to know what one looks like one must see a photograph, not a mirror. I think ppl are usually not aware of it ... ok, my next question, why then do you see left and right reversed (in mirror) but not upside and downside reversed? HeHe smiley
