I think in Everyones life there comes a chance , when our inner fire goes off, n burst into Flames..! Anger do comes at times, even highly severe, but we need to control it., coz in anger we harm less to others n more to ourselves..And i think managing Anger is that to not letting in come n increase. We have many factors to reduce it.Slow Music, a serene walk, Talk with a friend, n rest told by Voilent., Its our anger, we only can stop it or let it overflow.. depends on ourselves..
