He did his basic schooling from firozabad. He was B-tech from NIT, Allahabad (Motilal nehru research institute- MNR) He was M-tech from IIT kanpur He obtained his PhD in telecommunication in France. This was his educational success. Now if we talk about his professional success, it can be given as: He worked as a scientist with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam at CSIR(council of scientific and industrial research). He also worked as scientist in telecommunication sector in France for a period of two years. Here ends his professional career and he decided to serve his motherland. How he lived his life and how he served the nation ? Shree Rajeev Dixit was born in Aligarh, UP. After his schooling and higher education, he began to take interest in Indias history. Once he visited Gujarat, Gandhijis ashram. This was the time that fully transformed his life. He was greatly inspired with Gandhijis work, and he decided to follow Gandhijis ideology. He served India by founding many movements in India. Some of the movements and andolans organised by him are: Swadeshi Movement: In this movement he introduced the concept of swadeshi general stores. Through this concept, Indian people could get goods at cheaper rates and these goods would be purely Indian. Through this movement he appealed public Be Indian Buy Indian. Aazadi bachao movement: He organised this movement/ Andolan against MNCs(multi national companies) in India. He proved that maximum part of national capital and money of Indian people is being looted by these MNCs, which is an alarming situation for Indian economy. Bharat Swabhiman movement This is the recent movement started by Sh. Rajeev Dixit on 9 jan 2009. After the death of sh. Rajeev dixit, this movement is continued and now is led by Yog guru swami Ramdev. Now this movement is in its full fledge. The anshan held at Ram lila maidan was the part of this movement. This movement is in progress in the form of Bharat swabhiman yatra. Though this movement is not ended, but this is the most successful movement till date. It is assumed thatthis will be the only movement which will transform India into a peaceful and corruption less country. The Bharat swabhiman building which is build in Haridwar is now named as Rajeev Bhawan. How to describe Sh. Rajeev Dixit in few words ? He is the man of his own words. This is said by those people who was with him during his last moments. They say so because when he was counting his last breath, he was suggested and forced to take allopathic medicines but he denied and insisted to take only ayurvedic medicines only. Till the end he remained struck to his words. When he was asked why he do not take these medicines to get well soon ?
