One cannot forget to strees that the personal touch between the teachers and the taught is woefully absent. All the huge structures of brick and mortar that house universities, all the long rows of books have little meaning if the students and the teachers cannot say in the words of ancient : "May we jointly endeavour to take care of ourselves; may we enjoy the fruit of our labour together and may we utilize our united strength to good purpose."
Some have pointed out that the indiscipline among the students is an international problem and that it rose from the world and local canditions. In fact we are in a period of confustion and conflict. This is a world wide phenomenon. This har unsettling effct upon the youth in every country.
