We begin this new year by exploring a theme of unparralleled importance,discovering the purpose for living.Have u ever asked yourself these questions:Why am i here?what am i doing in this world?what is the purpose of my existence?if u feel dat much of your life is purposeless,let me assure u right away dat God does have a purpose for your life,a high and noble purpose!one great thinker said: most human problem stem from the fact that we treat people as things and things as people.Put your hand in the hand of God.Realise that God highest interest is in people.Decide now to make God priority your priority, and make people,not things,your primary concer.It is to be aware of God,and aware of others.I am going to assume that u are already aware of God,so the question i want to put to u today is this.How aware are u of others?do u care for those who are pressed down with perplexing problems,or carrying heavy burdens?do u have a genuine concern for people in trouble?God highest priority in this universe has to do with people.He is interested in things,of course-He created all things-but His primary concern is for people. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son,that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life,(john 3:16) this is our purpose in life care 4 others as God care 4 us by gaven his only son.
