Without discipline or restraint, the inevitable result will be "might is right", in which the str0ng, powerful, influential, and the wealthy will exploit the weak and the po0r. It means to eliminate license or false freed0m, i.e., the freed0m to do whatever I want, anytime I want, anywhere I want, and wit whomever I want-which means lack of self-discipline.
