Well if you ask me I find our culture is already "Degraded" as you named it.
Why because you cannot control or regulate media? Todays kids have access to everything on phones. And why would you censor abusing language in a movies which is already for adults? So children are not allowed to watch it, now in an adult rated content you want us to censor content ? why? then whats the use of rating it, I understand if the movie was for kids.
My friend, in a country where men are already savages and they are ready to gang rape women it is easy to blame movies but the truth is we are a society who do all the wrongs but hide it, we never accept it. I have seen real people on the streets abuse more than the movies, do you think your child watches movies all 24 hours or spends time around real people? We need to change.

I respect my family members if it is older or younger, and we all respect each others, so we cannot watch uncensored movie, I can't watch it infront of my dad,mom,sis,bro,kids, I maybe like to watch porn, but its must be in private, it's my culture, I'm not talking about all people In the world, 'like you' maybe like uncensored movie/content , I don't think all people agree with it.

certificates to movies. And now its
our turn to take care of our children.

I am not sure what you want but I want the freedom to watch any content I want. I am happy we are not China or UAE which has banned so many sites on the internet.

1. Adults movies are not meant to be watched with family so if you are talking about watching it with family then you are at fault here, it is meant for adults.
2. The censor board certifies the movies according to the content so it is upto you what kind of content you want to watch with family.
3. And as far as I know content on TV is for general audiences so until you play something after downloading personally I dont see where the problem arises. In the end the choice is yours, I dont know where the problem of watching with family comes. Do you expect movies with A certification to be clean and still you want to watch with family?
