Hi everyone, the functionality has now been developed to track how many and which members registered here after a referral or recommendation from you. Here's how it works:
1. Give someone our URL in this format http://www.2wapworld.com/register.php?ref=uid#
Note the number at the end - this is your own member ID.
OR invite your friend using the email invite facility found in the Buds section.
2. When someone visits and registers via the referral link they will be recorded as having being invited by you.
We will soon unveil a system of rewards for those who invite a number of people who go on to be active users.

Its a great work. Now any1 could post that refferal link into their tweeter, fb status and that way 2wap would be more crowded and person being awarded. Thank u Sir!

Today i am here with 1 or 2 old buddys, blueangel, bloodyoddity, badapple, sting ray, yukka, zahira xyz are no more here, i left many names.
In my suggestion first thing you must do is do some system that no users can make other account with same mobile number or same ip. Only then your real members list will remain in Q. . .

Handle old users first who are here from years, i am not fighting with you nor i am questioning you, I just dont understand why many old users left. They were my buddy and precious for me.

We will trial an SMS registration system soon to see if it reduces the problems you refer to while maintaining a good rate of successful registrations. Unfortunately doing it with IPs is unreliable and may block genuine potential new members.

Yes you are right ? Mostly peoples sell their mobile and in this situation 100 percent surfing peoples will fail to register on 2 wap, in case they use phone of registered user of 2 wap.

This kind of idea always make me curious ^o^ since long time ago many people here talking about this idea of blocking IP
As per i know, most of ISP (Internet Service Provider) use IP Public. which is Dynamic IP ^o^ means, everytime you reset your connection your IP will also change CMIIW im just an idiot anyway. So,
1- How can we block an IP that always change whenever you start a new connection?
2. Even so you can buy an expensive Private IP from your provider, how can it be blocked if you use proxy? or VPN (Virtual Private Network) or SSH (Secure Shell) ^o^ theres many free service for them out there at Google
Again CMIIW ^o^ i hope anyone who love this kind of idea can give me any hint

Believe me, i understand your posts ^o^ i quote the last one just for the sake of notification.
And i do interested with the idea about members and their IP's
Regardless the action should be taken, neither blocked IP, Deleted IP or Banned IP suggested by the idea.
I always wonder, how people here know we use same IP (or differend IP) if in our profil only shown, IP country : India, or
IP country : USA, etc etc?
And if (and only if) its true people here can see we use same IP (or different IP) then nomatter how many private or security features already given, 2wap didnt give the most security needed for a netter ^o^
How can we feel secure if we know pinging IP is the first step of hacking? And here people can see the difference of our IPs even without ping it ^o^ CMIIW
