Govt. fails to stop ‘Islamic Knowledge Test 2012’ involving psychological conversion of Hindus !

Sambhajinagar (Maharashtra, India) : On 2nd October 2012, the local ‘Students Islamic Organisation of India (SIOI)’ conducted ‘Islamic Knowledge Test 2012’ only for Hindu students luring them with large number of prizes although the test was earlier cancelled owing to opposition from pro-Hindu activists.
SIOI had declared prizes worth thousands of rupees to lure Hindu students and forced them to study material glorifying Islam and insulting Hindu Dharma. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) and other pro-Hindu activists had exposed the conspiracy of this organisation to convert Hindu youth at psychological level and create rift among Hindus. ‘Dainik Saamnaa’ and ‘Dainik Sanatan Prabhat’ had drawn attention of everyone to the grave effects of this problem. After pro-Hindu activists submitted representation to the Police, the prizes were cancelled followed with cancellation of the test and it was given in writing to that effect by the said organisation.
950 students had registered for the test but only 150 students appeared for the same; most of whom were Hindus. The test was conducted between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00. p.m. at ICRA Girls School, Central Naka. It is understood that students from Vivekananda College at Samarthanagar appeared for this test under the advice of their professors from the college.

I'm not saying a piece of news is bogus just because it's copied from a controversial website, but just look at the language in this so-called news story. With words like "conspiracy" and "convert at psychological level", the "news" instantly loses all credibility. The purpose of news is to report the facts without interjecting opinion or showing bias.

watch that site of the organisation who is conducting this test then decide urself .....

1000s of sites on anti-muslim by hindu site? NO, not even 100.... still they find a site to ban who is not at all based on anti-muslim..... Check it if im wrong

Test only for non-muslims....prizes are in thousands..1st prize is 1oooo.
It is a direct case of conversion by money power!
Okay, so non-muslims are competing in the test for money. I don't see how that will result in conversion. I mean if it's clearly just for money, then that's what it is. If I were to take a crime-related quiz for money, that wont make me a criminal. Even if people are actually converting, what's the big deal. We should actually be proud that unlike some countries with crazy medieval laws, conversion in our country is perfectly legal and fine? It's the hallmark of a progressive society, something I would proudly show to the world if it were people of my religion converting to other religions.

From the site: "The main purpose of organizing the test is to develop the true understanding of Islam among student community and to bridge the gap among different communities."

I still don't see any foul-play. How does that "expose a conspiracy theory"? Like I said, I'd take a quiz about Nazism personally prepared by Hitler for some easy money. Do you have any statistics on how many students have actually converted after taking the test? If yes, you may have some basis for concern (although it's still none of your business because if people want to convert, it's their prerogative). But if nobody has actually converted, just quit being paranoid.

Why don't you show up in other topics of me & tell me im wrong...like hindu looted in pak, hindus killed in bangladesh,etc...But u won,t...It's easy to critisize hindus cos they are soft target..why? because they don't reply violently like muslims? Yes ur not afraid of us but them.... I never saw u in any topic abt muslims...
This mentality of urs is not new...I have explained it in NOOSE AROUND OUR NECK ... can u debate me there...show ur guts!!

Another couple of things. First off, this is a quiz, not a lecture or a sermon. If this is a conversion strategy, it's the stupidest conversion strategy. Secondly, muslim winner only gets 1000 so you actually have to be a non-muslim to win the 10000. And nowhere on the website does it say you have to convert before you can claim the prize. Now think about this. If you know enough about Islam to win the 10000 and despite all that knowledge you are still a non-muslim, what are the odds you are going to convert after the test? That's right. Zero. If they have the option to take the test more than once, it's actually more advantageous to take is as a non-muslim because you win more money that way.

If anything, this format might tempt some muslim kid to de-convert in order to win an extra 9000. /smiley

If you must know, I have been banned multiple times from this forum and Faith/Beliefs for insults against Islam.

My objection isn't even regarding the truth of what you claim. You have every right to claim whatever you want. I am just talking about the neutrality and rationality aspect of a "news" story. I'm concerned about the quality of this forum because now it's turning into a battle of copy-pasting stuff just to rile people up.

But you can find articles supporting literally any imaginable crazy idea on google. Have you heard of Flat Earth Society? Check their website. At first you might think it's a joke but it's a group of completely serious literate adults who believe they have "proof" that the Earth is flat. They have maps and shxt, it's just crazy!
