Complaint lodged with Ghatkopar and Kurla Police Stations
Nalawade is provided police protection !
Mumbai, India : During Ganesh Festival, so-called Islamic Thinker Dr. Zakir Naik raised doubt about the divinity of Shri Ganesh hurting religious sentiments of billions of Hindus. Ganesh-devotees lodged complaints with various police stations all over Maharashtra and expressed their strong anger in lawful manner. Similarly, advocate Subhash Nalawade also promptly lodged a complaint and forced the Police to take action. Since then, on 2nd and 3rd October, Mr. Nalawade has been getting calls from Supporter of Dr. Zakir Naiks threatening him with his life. Advocate Nalawade has lodged a complaint in this regard at Ghatkopar and Kurla police stations and accordingly, he has been provided police protection.
Mr. Nalawade received calls on his cell phone from Supporter of Dr. Zakir Naiks. The conversation that took place between Mr. Vinod Jadhav, the Chief Public Relations Officer of Mr. Nalawade and Supporter of Dr. Zakir Naik is given below.
On 2nd October 2012, Supporter of Dr. Zakir Naik called from the No.- +91-22-22098676 at 7.09 a.m. Mr. Jadhav picked up the phone.
Supporter of Dr. Zakir Naik (ZS) : Nalawade is there? Mr. Jadhav (J) : Who is this? ZS: I want to talk to him. J: You tell me what the matter is. ZS: I want to talk to him about a case. J: From where are you speaking? ZS: I am Hemant Dalvi from Vikhroli. (Hindus know, who are the persons who take Hindu names for giving threats ! – Editor) J: What is the matter? From where in Vikhroli? ZS : Where is your office? J: You are a Marathi person; then why don’t you talk in Marathi? (ZS disconnected the phone)
On the same day, another call was received from the same number.
ZS: Is Mr. Vinod Nalawade there? J: Tell me your real name. ZS: I want to talk about one case reg. charge-sheet. Where is your office? J: Next to Kurla Court. When will you come? ZS: At 2.00 p.m. After that by 5.00 p.m. everything will be over, we will cut him into pieces.
Later, a call was received on 3rd October 2012 at 9.18 a.m. from the no. – +91-22-22705778. The caller did not give any name.
ZS: Hey, do you talk about Zakir Naik? I will shoot you. (Disconnected after threat)
Nalawade demands immediate arrest of Naik supporters !
Adv. Nalawade promptly lodged a written complaint with the senior Police Inspectors at Ghatkopar and Kurla Police Stations. Mr. Nalawade has mentioned about the above topic and threats in his complaint. He has stated, “If anything happens to me, Police will be solely responsible for the same. On one hand, they are making mockery of Hindu Deities and then, threatening the complainants; which is wrong. It is therefore, necessary to take prompt action and arrest the supporters of Zakir who are giving such threats.â€

How can Dr. Zakir Naik be tolerant or broad-minded person with such kind of supporters who threaten pro-Hindu activists with life?
The so-called secularists in India claim that Dr. Zakir Naik is a progressive and tolerant/ broad-minded Muslim. If Zakir was really a broad-minded person, he would have personally come before Hindus and rendered apology or argued with them with his line of thoughts. Instead, his supporters talk about eliminating pro-Hindu activists. How can Dr. Naik be broad-minded with such insolent supporters? From the language used by his supporters, Zakir appears to be a fanatic person.

Mr. Shivaji Vatkar, the district coordinator of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) said, “HJS supports a devout advocate like Mr. Nalawade; but all Ganesh-devotees and pro-Hindu organizations should also extend support and help in every respect. This appeal is being made on behalf of HJS.â€
Subhash Nalawade is a devout Hindu advocate. If there are any cases against Hindu Dharma, he fights them as his duty towards Dharma without charging anything. He is always prepared to fight for Ganeshotsava Mandals. Earlier, he had also taken initiative in case of encroachment on Muslim and Christian graveyards at Kurla and fought their case removing the encroachment; therefore, Muslims also have respect for him. He lodged a complaint with Kurla Police Station against the anti-Hindu statement of Dr. Zakir Naik; but Police were not ready to register the case. He, therefore, explained the subject and created awareness in them.

These type of news are left by national media and newspaper just because they are related to hindus...And If someone issues it,they will be in small boxes hence nobody cares...But if u read local papers minutely you will know WHAT HAPPENS ONLY IN INDIA!!
