I need help for resetting my memory card password as my memory card is locked after i used factory reset on my phone.
I need to unlock it as all my precious pictures and videos taken while on my visit to my sweetheart is in there. Please help. I am ready to pay thousands of pluses if you can help me extract the data around 200 mb of pics-sad-

Than there are two other options 1 hack your mmcd pasward by an sms as pasted by musafir or take to the near by fone shop and ask them for reflesh.

zee this wont work in his phone. It will work only in symbian phones . Try duin on pc many softwares available. Or put card in mmc reader try changing password.

1st solution, try it.
1.Dwnload a software name mobi-explorer.
2.Then go to c drive and u will see there mmcstore.
3.Then click on action and edit it and change and u r done.

2nd solution, try but there is risk of data loss.
1. Go to the mobile phone Menu/Gallery and then scroll down to the memory card. Just highlight it, do not open yet.
2. Instead, go to Options/ Rename memory card, enter Select.
3. Delete the old name by pressing Clear several times until the entry is clear.
4. Now, type your desired new memory card name and press OK. That's it, you can access the memory card again!

if u got pc suite installed in pc backup ur data through. I think even if mmc requires password backup ll be possible if successful backup is made them format ur mmc

3rd solution, not last one.
S40 phone's file system could be accessed through mobimb(russian) or oxycube explorer. You need to have a new memory card(not a new one, but a card with no password). Put it in the s40 phone. Now give it a password which is a little unique because when you access file system, you must not get confused. Give any proper noun for better results. Now connect and explore through above software and copy all system files because you might edit system files. Now open every system file with notepad(in text mode) and search for your given password(be careful about your caps). If you find it in any file, then put your old card to your phone and again explore through the same file and you might find it.
