When my head hits the pillow... I fall asleep almost instantly! Even if I've a lot on my mind, I can shut them all out when the sun goes down.

I take a good night's sleep most of the time. However, on days I'm sad and have a lot to think about, I usually stay up and write my thoughts on paper or compose poems. If I really cannot sleep for various other reasons I usually read and that induces sleep for some odd reason.

i sleep late mostly... I get online here the most,and sometimes yahoo and fb. . .plus music. . .plus yeah i do smoke. . . But really want 2 quit it some how. . .so by mid nite or early morning i get a peaceful sleep
