Deprive yourself of a good night's sleep and you'll be damaging your memory concentration and mood; putting on weight and generally making yourself miserable! But dont liein too often coz excessive sleep has been linked to depression and mortality.
8. Make Love! -yeah-
For a fantastic time and a great workout, but also to stay youthful. Researches have shown that its the key to looking and feeling younger.
