Who said there's a thin line between love and hate when talking about eyeliner-flirty- creating sultry eyes with eyeliner and very little eye shadow can hav an explosive appeal if done with the right amount.*wink*i like the model look.lol. How about you? Have you ever found yourself closely examining a model's make-up from a magazine and try to create an effect similar to that model? Well i practice my make-up and i always want to hav that professional look to it but i can never get the secret! So if you have any ideas on how to apply those lovely eye shadows and eye liners please share some of your beauty secrets i'm sure it will help many! [not an insult btw] thanks!
