@shahdil, cnt upload coz the size too big. But for cutting mp3 on pc, try to find app named Magic Audio Studio (if im not mistake) the best 1. But i use Audio Edit Deluxe, its easy to use. They also have tools to compress MP3/wav n convert Mp3>wav or wav>Mp3

To convert vcd to 3gp (if u want to make music clip) i used Silisoft or ImTo video converter. It cn also convert vcd files ( .dat ) to mp3 or wav (if u want to make an mp3 files from vcd)

If u just wan2 edit video n audio files, try Herosoft player. Its amazing @Shahdil
