Click Next on the screen, check the option ^find metro TRK port automatically^ & click next. After some time it will install secman to cell. Open secman on ur cell now & goto option to select ^Turn PLAT security off^. Then goto option again and select ^Install root certificate^. Now u can install any unsigned BiNPDA release.
