Harold Frederick 'Fred' Shipman was a British general practitioner and convicted serial killer. He is the most prolific known serial killer in British history, and possibly the world. 236 murders are ascribed to him, though the real number may be much higher. On 31 January 2000, a jury found Shipman guilty of 15 murders. The judge sentenced him to life imprisonment and recommended he never be released.

Gacy- he used to dress up as a clown when killing people... He hid his victims in his basement. The stench got so bad that it became suspicious and was his final demise... Also charles manson notorious serial killer... Sure you all know about him.

Ottis Elwood Toole (sometimes spelled Otis) was an American serial killer. A sometime accomplice of convicted serial killer Henry Lee Lucas, Toole admitted to multiple counts of murder, rape, and cannibalism, and was the suspect in several unsolved murders. He recanted and restated a number of confessions. Toole was twice convicted of murder, and confessed to four more murder charges before dying in prison. Toole was born in Jacksonville, Florida.

Dahmer murdered 17 men and boys most of whom were of African or Asian descent between 1978 and 1991, with the majority of the murders occurring between 1987 and 1991. His murders were particularly gruesome, involving rape, torture, dismemberment, necrophilia and cannibalism. On November 28, 1994, Dahmer was beaten to death by fellow Columbia Correctional Institution.

Between 1967 and 1987, he and his wife Rosemary tortured, raped and murdered at least 12 young women, many at the couple's homes. The majority of the murders occurred between May 1973 and September 1979 at the couple's home in Gloucester. Rosemary West also murdered West's daughter Charmaine while he was serving a prison sentence for theft.

9 out of 10 serial killers r white males aged 20 to 35. Albert DeSalvo, Bianchi & Buono, Berkowitz, Dahmer, Ted Bundy. They were quiet, unassuming, nice, had jobs, were decent neighbours... Their victims trustd them. Its estimatd that there could b as many as 35 serial killers cruisin 4 victims evn as u read this. They r spawning in greater numbas. I'm glad there r divisions out there traind 2 hunt n catch wth up2date technology b4 they kil again

AILEEN WUORNOS - killed seven men wth a pistol in the 1980's. There might have been more! Executed October 9, 2002. Her sordid life was made into a smash movie in 2004 starring Charlize Theron called Monster.
One of the most famous serial killers in the USA, ALBERT FISH carved up little Grace Budd and ate her over a nine day period.. Favorite kiling tools: meat cleaver, saw, butcher knife. Executed January 16, 1936.
DENNIS RADER (BTK killer) killed an entire family plus two children and six other women. Loved to taunt cops. Received ten consecutive life terms in prison.
