As long as it's let's say moderate and justified then nothing wrong with it. Of course, you need to be aware of the side effects and their interaction with another pills. I take them from time to time, to get my normal sleeping rhythm, especially after night shifts. You can try with some natural remedies as well like lavendel oil.
