Cleaning ur face every day for multani mitti and after pray namaz only only bcoz sajda for heath brain and heart. And face heart face cleaning so heart cleaning and health cleaning.
For better health go ur bathroom first wuju me sunnat and then gusal then full of day namaz ur heart beat open and many mor tafseer very defcult about namaz jo pade wo jane but full of day ajmaya huwa hai try every one. And other reliegen sajda back to back 30 second and then 30 secend. Many blud pury also i dont have tafseer jitna likhu utna kam hai. Offical woman
