New research say that nearly 10% of the population is hooked on work to a point that its affecting their helth. To find out if your're a workaholic, ask yourself how often you identify with these statements: 1. You think of how u can free up more time 2 work. 2. You spend much more time working than initially intended. 3. U work in order 2 reduce feelings of quilt, anxiety, helplessness and/or depression. 4. U have been told by others 2 cut down on work without listening 2 them. 5. U become stressed if u ar prohibeted from working. 6. U deprioritize hobbies, leisure activities and/or excercize because of ur work. 7. U work so much that it has negatively influenced ur health. IE U SAID "Often" or "always" to 4 or more out of the 7 questions. U May be a Workaholic. The solution isn't 2 stop working. It's a matter of setting priorities and boundries. Take stock___ Set boundries ___ Rethink relaxation.

Job is resposibility of whom we are bout to, so its not possible some times to refusing or to leave incomplete the job in hand.

There is time for everything that's all the post meant but, you know what? Set time for something and planning ahead of things, like when you'll do check up or use leisure time not everyday thinking about making money, you'll die and someone foolish might inherit your property and the fecking thing is he or she wouldn't be taking good care of it, what the feck like seriously? That's the reason why people do not work 24/7 a week for the jackass
