I may like to know who wrote constitution for 2wapworld?
For years we have been hearing, follow the rules or get banned etc.
My question is, who and why did you make rules at the first place.
The answers may be many for that, anyway whatever may be the reason when you dont have enough users on board, especially from past 5-6 years. You must atleast stop banning people for whatever may be the reason. let the 2 people or 2 groups of people fight and die here on 2wap.-hehe-

Let me give a small example, When a country or place is down with everything, with no food, no basic needs, then people of such countries are bound to loot and mischief, and These countries come in a state of emergency and dont apply their regular rules and regulations in dealing with peoples issues..
I expect such a move from 2wap administration, dont ban at all..worst you should do is ban for an hour or so..that it.
