I don't think it should be free but, ISP should reduce internet plan. What I'm trying to say is, they should reduce the money for buying the internet pack, Cheap I mean. My reason is if the internet remain free then bad things would happen cos government might spy on everyone and things we do also, We might spend more time online than in reality.
Note that, if someone give you something for free there is a reason because he/she might need something from you in a return. Ha ha ha ha.
