Hi Admins,
Times have changed and I have learnt that Shouts are now for free. But it is more annoying as I see nothing of importance and people are using it to fight and nothing else..
It will be great and also serves as way to spend pluses by charging an amount for each shout.
Times might have changed but there are few things which are well thought out by previous admins and creators. Try to maintain them :)
