There are three that I know of; the Zhangjiajie, Shiniuzhai and Yuntai bridges.
If memory serves a year ago there was much said about a crack found in one panel on another bridge. The crack was a minor one and apparently posed no real danger but glass bridges make people nervous, this is part of their appeal. Cracked glass bridges however terrify people, if you are expecting the ground to fall out from under you, you are likely to look for another way around, no?
An unused bridge loses its purpose, I hear this time a more extensive and time intensive battery of tests was/is used in order to reassure the public and further improve safety.
