Bro has put more light on cloak usage but its disheartening when certain member misuse it, maybe members should suggest here mode of usage and not removal of cloak, I see more of its advantages.
I put forward as follows:
1) Time of using cloak by members should be reduce and equal, e.g 2hrs out of 24hrs then expired and ineligible until next 24hrs
2) Only Admins should be eligible to make use of cloak without any limit since they may want to avoid distraction
3) Let always take into consideration 2wap has very few online users
