Lol, Do you also know that Your brain is your eyes and without it you can do anything. it is the brain that tells your heart what to do, like your feelings, actions etc.

Eyes rest when you sleep.
Nose rests too because you cant smell odours while sleeping
The brain too enters a sub concious mode while sleeping that's when we dream.
The answer is heart....lol ...not brain

No organ of the human body takes complete rest durin our lives. We can fall asleep or sit n give our muscles some rest but they never stop working n functioning.
