Undoubtedly many if not all of us had gone through a relationship with opposite sex whom had become "An Ex"
My worry is, we can't go:
24hrs in a day
Or Least 7days in a week
Nor 30days in a month or even 365 days in a year without a second thought of our Ex memories running through our conscious and subconscious mind
How best can we get rid the memories of whom had left a trauma and wounded our heart?

I guess it goes away with time, haven't figured out myself yet. Memories will always be there, just after some time it will hurt you less until one day you wake up and it simply stopped bleeding your heart out. Or, you meet someone. To me it took too long to forget

I believe old relationships should be treated in a way we remember them with a smile, but know that they were in the past, and we have become who we are today because of them. We dont have to relive them, only the memory, (for a while) then let it go.
