Ingredients:
1 small piece of ginger root
2 tsp turmeric
1 Liter of water = 33.814 us fl.oz.
400 g (14 oz.)garlic (peeled and cut into quarters)
400 grams ( 14 oz.) of sugar (which may be normal, but it is preferably brown sugar)
Method of preparation:
Pour water into a suitable container, put on fire and add the sugar. Once it begins to boil, add the garlic, grated ginger and turmeric. Wait until the mixture boil. Then remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Keep the beverage in the refrigerator .
How to use the mixture?
Take 2 tablespoons of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening 2 tablespoons after your last meal.
