I can't understand why members and some of the staffs uses names in posting instead of posting a good topic or something sensible that we can learn from it so that we may achieve our goals or benefit our lives.
I disagree on how some of the jackasss uses staffs names in posting and making it topic of the day and so on and forth. If a staff or administrator is good he or she knew it, Also using some of staffs or admins names in posting make those whose names were excluded or not mentioned feel down cause they might think they're not doing their work well, so this may bring conflicts among them or they may hate each other or themselves and members as well.
Using staff or administrator names in posting must be stop , I!!!!.......... .....
also staffs do favouritism here and that must also be stop, I think WTF whenever staff made their friends topic of the day, although that post is useless or having one , to three comments

You know I actually get what your trying to say but I am not against criticism. Back in the old days 2wap members had the right to criticize and complain. They always have , there are dead skulls in this forum from back in the old days but let me tell you something there is always a line.
I have seen Kriwil and alot of users tear us apart in the old days and what was next was us admins actually took time to post in it or think on it. It was a to and fro thing. But now it's not feedback it's also grudges coming out. I am not saying the users are wrong, they have experienced something shxtty so are on to this.
One bigger thing to notice is back in the days people in the team used to moderate the forums with accountability. Now because we have no users there is almost no moderation. You know when I was offline for 7 months I had to message Liam because apparently someone can't live without bitching here. I was informed by one of my friends and dude I don't like this behind my back. Tells you alot about someone. So I understand the staffs headache as well. It's the users also who are leaving no stones unturned to take out grudges with a certain staff or person in topic making almost every topic flammable.
Solution: No matter how much you justify I would not like that someone abuses me when I am away. So name and shame is good but maintain the line. There is difference between criticising and moaning. I can take a laugh but only until it is on me, if you start picking on me it wont go well. Fights on 2wap are a part and parcel but a dead 2wap aint one so a balance is important.
