Onthou jy nog, toe ons kinders
was?
Sorgeloos het ons gelag
niks kon ons onder kry
die aande wat ons in die strate kon baljaar
Geen vrese oor waarheen of wat
ons gaan doen nie Net jy en ek
hand aan hand met jongmens
harte vol drome
wat het geword van ons ewige
drome
waar is die twee brawe siele dan nou
opgeneem deur leemtes wat ons
geskep het?
Vernietig deur verkeerde besluite ?
Vertrapte drome wat onder in die kas gebêre is
Onthou jy ons belofte aan mekaar ?
Onthou jy jou spesiale woorde aan my?
Ek wonder waar is my guitarman

Nice Poetry hun...i remember those days too but nowdays things have changed drastically...we have to look over our shoulders all the time,paranoid thinking someone is following us or we gonna get robbed ect...

Remember, when we were children
was?
Carefreeness we laughed
nothing could get our under
night we could frolic in the streets
No fears about where or what
we do not just you and I
hand in hand with youth
hearts full of dreams
what happened to our eternal
dreams
where the two brave souls now
absorbed by gaps we
created?
Destroyed by wrong decisions?
Trampled dreams that are stored under the cabinet
Do you remember our promise to each other?
Do you remember your special words to me?
