Well, A LOT OF USERS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE NEW INSIDER PREVIEW BUILD WHICH DESTROYED THE BOOT LOADER OF THEIR WINDOWS 10 PHONE{UPDATE, TECHNICAL PREVIEW}.
I TOO EXPERIENCED THIS AND RECOVERED MY BRICKED PHONE USING PC & a little bit of googling with my own experience...so any 1 facing this problem can message me to try & solve the problem urself. Good luck.
