Some will say "i love him/her" but how do u knw thts th truth ? The best thing 2 do is 2 go 4 Marriage counselling b4 u get married. Make sure tht th person who u want 2 marry, is trust worthy an honest. Dnt make th mistake rush in2 a marriage becoz u love him/her. In the case of a blended family, make sure tht ur kids will except him/her. Make sure tht the man/woman who u wanted 2 marry, thr parents will except u. And the religion ar also important. Will they except each others religion ? ? 2 get married, is not about having sex. Its far more than that. Trust an respect ar also a very important factor. Find out more about th person past. Talk 2 his/her frnds. Or talk 2 his/her ex bfs/gfs u will be surprize wht they told u.A marriage is 4 keeps. And once u ar married, and u find out how a big cheater he/she was. Its 2 late 4 tears. Then th second thing is a divorce. And all the money u paid 4 th wedding is down the drain. To late 4 tears thn.

The benefits of planning are at times overestimated. One should never enter any situation blind but aside from this I believe the rest to be optional. Logic and reason does not keep a married couple together, feelings like passion and understanding do and feelings are notoriously illogical and often beyond reason.
Speaking from my own experience nothing really prepares you for marriage except marriage and the dynamics of every marriage are unique so much of its subtleties cannot be generalized . Naturally this is only my opinion.
