Which do you prefer in general for playing PC games, a quality joypad or the keyboard and mouse? And do you prefer a joypad for some games and mouse+keyboard for others?

Myself, for most action games I wouldn't want to use anything other than a joypad, as it feels much more intuitive to me. But I do find that point-and-click games such as Five Nights at Freddy's and Maniac Mansion work much better simply with the mouse, because point and click is what the mouse was designed for in the first place.
