Technology taking over our lives

So we all know how the technology improved our lives and nowadays it's maybe impossible to imagine it without all advantages it provide us. However It's a double edged sword , if you maybe just take a look around you you can see how it slowly taking over in every field .
I can see it every morning on my way to work ,6am and I'm still half sleeping while people around me are on their phones , tabs ,ipods, and nobody is paying attention to anyone. I also remember those times when we used to send letters instead of texting and that feeling of expecting the letter cannot be compared to now ,when in just one click you get a respond .
Also , do you guys think that technology is slowly taking over our lives and does it affect our social life?

Yes indeed it does,i remember in my school and college days receiving Love letters was a big thing lol...now days as you said it's a one click away thing " I Love You"...The person reads this and smiles and you looking at them thinking, is this person mental or what smiling to themselves lol...

For people in many professions the ease of communication in modern life is blurring the line between work hours and personal time. We are all instantly reachable and thus expected to be instantly available. This can apply to personal relationships as well as work matters. I'm tech addict but it seemed I have stop a while not that I don't use technology..... I meant to say, I've minimise it not all the time I sit on laptops.... Lol I don't have time for useless things cos you can't get rid off pornography contents that being said. I don't use laptop, desktop and computer since 2011 up to date... not that I don't have but I was banned to cos I use it to do evil as a result my parents pays a lot of money to policemen before then..... that was long story. I want to be like my dad but the problem is I use what he taught me for evil and shxt.....
I don't do shopping online...
