Yes indeed,look at our country for example,the minimum rate per hour is like virtually peanuts if you just working in a factory as an operator...Compared to people who studied and got their degrees, diplomas are those who are the ones earning big bucks and driving fancy cars all because of qualifications...I know this part is off topic but it's never too late to learn and go to collage to make a brighter future
