जान लीजिए चेहरा धोने का सही तरीका, वरना पछताएंगे बाद में

बेशक आपको पढ़कर थोड़ा आश्चर्य होगा कि चेहरा धोने की भी कोई तकनीक होती है। जी हां! चेहरा धोते हुए भी लोग कई गलतियां करते हैं। जानिए, चेहरे को धोते समय किन बातों खास ख्याल रखना चाहिए।

हमेशा इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि चेहरा साबुन या बॉडीवॉश से ना धोएं क्योंकि चेहरे की त्वचा बाकी अंगों के मुकाबले काफी संवेदनशील होती है।
चेहरे को हमेशा अच्छे फेसवॉश से ही धोना चाहिए
आप चाहे तो अपनी त्वचा के अनुसार फेसवॉश का चुनाव कर सकते हैं। यदि आपकी त्वचा ड्राई है तो ऐसे फेसवॉश का इस्तेमाल करें जिससे त्वचा की नमी बरकरार रहे। ड्राई स्किन के लिए केसर, हनी या मिल्क युक्त फेसवॉश का उपयोग कर सकते हैं
यदि आपकी त्वचा ऑयली है तो आपको एलोवीरा, मिंट या नीम युक्त फेसवॉश का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए।
डेड स्किन के लिए स्क्रब फेसवॉश का इस्तेमाल करना चाहिए।
फेसवॉश करते तरह बहुत ज्यादा गर्म या ठंडे पानी का इस्तेमाल ना करें इससे चेहरे की त्वचा खराब हो सकती है। आप ताजा पानी या गुनगुने का पानी का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।
चेहरे को रगड़ने के बजाय हल्के हाथ से पफ आराम से त्वचा को साफ करें। इससे त्वचा ड्राई नहीं होगी।
चेहरे का धीरे-धीरे पोछें ना कि जोर-जोर से। साथ ही दिन में दो ही बार फेसवॉश से चेहरा धोएं अन्यथा चेहरे की त्वचा को नुकसान होगा।
अगर आप मेकअप के बाद चेहरा धो रहे हैं तो सबसे पहले मेकअप को रिमूव करें उसके बाद ही चेहरे को क्लीन करें, इससे चेहरे की त्वचा हेल्दी रहेगी।

My face is sensitive I can't anyhow using any product. Right now I'm using turbo light oil control from garnier. And it's pretty cool. There after I have to use moisturiser. And at night I'm using seaweed cream.
