Has anyone played this creepy game or any of its sequels? It's a point-and-click survival horror that's become a cult favourite on Youtube for its freaky atmosphere and varied jumpscares.

***

The first game is set entirely in the security office of a family pizza restaurant. The bizarre premise of the plot is that the animatronic cartoon animals that entertain the kids during the day need to be left running at night, and they also need to be watched by someone until the morning (the job you signed up for).

***

It gets weirder though, as the robot animals tend to wander around the building at night. And worse, it's revealed to you by a caller after you start the job that they are actually quite dangerous if they happen to spot someone during closing hours. It's also implied there may be something demonic about them.

Your only means of protection are a pair of magnetic security doors in case the robots get too close to your room, hall lights, and a CCTV monitering system to see where the animatronics are. Pretty good you might think, but this is where it gets even more bizarre. All these tools use electricity, and your criminally negligent employers have tightly limited the amount of power you can use each night. So if you protect yourself more than neccessary, the power will go out and you'll be left a sitting duck in the darkness...

This is an intense and highly original game, that's very scary indeed until you figure out a strategy for dealing with the individualised and randomised behaviour of the 4 animatronics. You WILL be jumpscared many times before you finish it.

I remember Medievil well /smiley I got the sequel too which was set in London in the era of Jack the Ripper, who turns out to be a demon in that game. I loved both games but the sequel had the edge in terms of story and ironed out some gameplay flaws of the original /smiley
