Eeprom: and your phone "may" seem complicated but that's what comes in having the most secure mobile os platform you dont get cracked stuffs on windows phone unlike android as android is wide open to possible abuse on WP you cannot touch the OS and microsoft are very paranoid about what you can and cannot do ,it took us fkn ages to convince them to allow memory cards in the first place.

Eeprom: Awwwe blame the phone .remember when you first inserted the memory card the phone asked you if.wanted store files to it now do as your told and go change it , btw dont you just love those "other files" -nana- also get microsoft files app and you can move stuff around to your hearts content, re the other files you can only if brave delete them on a pc on the pc you need set view preferences to show hidden files and uncheck the hide protected system files option , be careful what you delete some stuff will be obvious crap but theres many many thousands of requied files stuffs aswell.
