Unfortunately, most ppl haven't got a foggest idea of wht Self-Esteem is all about, because they been chasing after other ppls versions-- that is, external sources of esteem__ is all thr lives. For many, self-esteem or self-worth is 2 often measured as a funtion of wht one accomplises, accumalates, or extracts frm the world in the form of titles. The world will pick on self-doubt like it is an open wound. As a result, u can find urself making decistions driven by a need 2 build how u feel about urself, but from all the wrong resources. Simply put, if u dnt love, believe in, and accept urself, u will try 2 find some1 else 2 do it 4 u. Seeking ur validation so desperatly frm some1 other than urself can have a Huge effect on th choices u make.
