I want to buy a dual SIM phone .it must accept only micro SIM sizes in both slots..it should run Whatsapp.. but not cost more than 3500 Indian rupees... if u know such a basic smartphone, plz recommend

N ya... u should choose either micromax or intex. Afterall, its indian brands... rither then gionee.. I think it has security issue.
