This's what i can try
If i was the organiser of BB2WAP, i would first create a suitable timetable for how the event will run.A new task would be given out to the participants every after 3 days of which in these days, each participant is expected to have finished the task.Those who miss out two tasks consecutively would be considered to be out of the game, likewise to the interviews.
The interviews would be carried out at every end of the week.However, this would not interfear with the normal task days.
This's what i can try
